Mother’s Day Hamper Giveaway | Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter is CLAY Health & Organics (ABN 63 846 591 432) of 719-721 Rathdowne Street, Carlton North, Victoria, Australia (“Promoter”).

  2. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Victorian residents aged 16 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  3. Promotion Period
    The promotion commences at 8:00am on 16.04.2026 and closes at 7:00pm on 06.05.2026 (“Promotional Period”).

  4. How to Enter
    To enter, eligible customers must spend $100 or more (in a single transaction, excluding the purchase of Vouchers) in-store at the Promoter’s location during the Promotional Period.
    Upon completing a qualifying transaction, the customer will receive one (1) entry into the draw by writing their full name and either contact number or email address on the receipt and placing it into the entry box.
    Multiple entries are permitted, subject to each qualifying transaction meeting the $100 minimum spend requirement.

  5. Entry Details
    Entrants must provide valid contact details at the time of entry, being a phone number or email address written on the receipt and entered into the box. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information provided.

  6. Prize
    There is one (1) prize to be won: a Mother’s Day hamper valued at over $300 AUD.
    The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  7. Draw Details
    The draw will take place at 9:00am on Thursday the 7th of May at CLAY Health & Organics Carlton North, Victoria.
    The winner will be selected at random.

  8. Winner Notification and Publication
    The winner will be notified via phone and/or email on Thursday the 7th of May.
    The winner’s first name may be published in-store and/or on the Promoter’s social media channels the evening of 10.05.2026

  9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
    If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same location on 14.05.2026. The redraw winner will be notified in the same manner.

  10. Permit Requirements
    This is a game of chance. No permit is required in Victoria for trade promotion lotteries; however, the Promoter will comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

  11. Privacy
    Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants consent to such use. All personal information will be destroyed after the promotion has finished.

  12. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or prize.

  13. General Conditions
    The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
